At Nouilati Trading Co., we bring decades of technical expertise in supplying high-quality food ingredients and fragrance solutions to the Middle East, with a particular focus on the Syrian market.
Our CEO is a recognized expert in palm oil specialty fats, with extensive knowledge in matching oils to precise confectionery applications. He has participated in global conferences and maintains a dedicated technical library, including key industry texts such as Malaysian Palm Oil: Nature’s Gift to Malaysia and Application of Fats in Confectionery by Geoff Talbot.
We also hold deep experience with lauric and non-lauric fats, and our understanding of cocoa products stems from direct visits to cocoa farms and production facilities in Tawau, Sabah State (Malaysia), including MAS Group and Majulah Koko. This hands-on engagement has enriched our knowledge of natural, alkalized, and non-alkalized cocoa forms.
In the pectin sector, Nouilati has been active since 1989, with technical collaboration starting with Obi Pektin (Switzerland) and later as regional agents for Yantai Andre Pectin (now Yantai DSM–Firmenich). Our technical manager successfully developed a series of pectin solutions for jelly and confectionery that became regional benchmarks—often imitated, but never equaled.
In fragrance and flavor, our CEO’s journey began with Haarmann & Reimer GmbH (now Symrise) from 1980 to 1989, where he introduced structured fragrance development to the Syrian market. Since 2000, we have proudly represented CPL Aromas, supporting the growth of many Syrian brands with refined olfactory direction and competitive pricing.
